Founded by Gusde Wijaya in 1997, Bapak Bakery was established along with PT Bapak Roti. The journey began as a home based small scale operation, manufacturing and supplying consistent premium baked goods to cafes, villas, and hotels. The operation later grew into being the pioneer of Bali’s bakery delivery service.

Building on this legacy, the company expanded in 2022 with Bapak Catering, a new line extension dedicated to providing exceptional services for private occasions from small to large events.
Expanding to a new endeavor, we step into the world of coffee, in which BOB (Bean of Brothers) was born. Providing a premium sustainable coffee beans from all over the world, to connect with coffee lovers globally.

For over 20+ years, our journey began in small factory in Kerobokan, Bali in 1997, filled with hard work, memories and passion.
Now, we’re starting a new chapter in our new home at Jalan Padang Galak No. 18, Kesiman, to be closer to you and keep innovating.
